Monday class 6:30am - 7:00am Nutritional Class
7:00am - 8:00am Cardio/Core/Strength
Wed class 7:00am - 8:00am Circlut Training Class
Teams of two will compete at each location to see who will lose the most weight in six weeks! Each location winner will wins $100 for first place, $50 for second place team. A food journal and daily exercise will be required in order to succeed in this program. Do not sign up if you will not do this! This program is based on "burning more calories than you consume" . . . no hidden agendas, no magic pills, no special diets. Your only investment is time, cash and a lot of sweat!
